1. In cases of atrophic mandible, what are the bone limits (width and height ) to perform an all on 4 surgery?
2. In cases of atrophic maxilla, should we perform grafting as well, when the bone width is less than 5mm? because it usually is less than 5mm in the anterior maxilla!
